Old Habits (Ellie Rogers and Big Eyes Parker) at the Mill Fountain Inn
April 16 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Free
“Old Habits” is the duo of Big Eyes Parker and Ellie Rogers, blending Americana, alternative country, and indie roots music into an intimate, story-driven sound.
Big Eyes Parker is a South Carolina songwriter with one foot in Austin, TX and one in Pumpkintown, SC. He will have you clappin’ and toe tappin’ with his storytelling tunes. With Americana and alternative country influences, Parker’s songs are inspired by life on the road and the stops in between.
Ellie Rogers is a singer-songwriter and graduate of the Fine Arts Center. As an experienced live music performer, recent notable events include opening for Edwin McCain, performing at Fall For Greenville and the Albino Skunk Festival. Ellie plays original music along with her favorite indie-rock and Americana covers.
Together, they bring a warm, intimate singer-songwriter session to life, trading songs, stories, and harmonies in a setting that feels more like a late-night living room than a stage. Rooted in honest lyrics and stripped-down arrangements, their music leans into the quiet power of well-written songs—acoustic guitars, soulful vocals, and moments of spontaneous collaboration.
